NorthStar Advanced Exercise Science Introduces the CTPS Course Instructor Framework
The Autonomy v2 instructional structure provides qualified wellness professionals with governed curriculum, protected course resources, instructor account administration, and assigned student learning materials.
NorthStar Advanced Exercise Science has introduced the Autonomy v2 Corrective Therapeutic Progression System Course Instructor framework, establishing a standardized pathway through which approved wellness professionals may teach the CTPS curriculum within authorized instructional settings.

Irvine, California — July 11, 2026
The CTPS Course Instructor framework was developed to preserve consistency across course delivery while giving qualified professionals access to a complete instructional environment. Rather than requiring each instructor to independently assemble lesson plans, reference documents, student materials, and course administration processes, the Autonomy v2 structure provides those elements through a governed system.
Approved instructors receive a dedicated instructor account containing the curriculum, instructional references, license-specific materials, student registration tools, examination resources, and controlled access to the student training manual. Enrolled students receive assigned student accounts containing their training references, exercise materials, joint resources, and account-specific information.
The curriculum progresses from system orientation and exercise application into setup standards, corrective-quality evaluation, observation, compensation recognition, session administration, documentation, continuity management, and competency validation. The objective is to teach both the physical application of the exercises and the professional administration process required to deliver CTPS sessions consistently.
“The Course Instructor framework was created to make CTPS education consistent from one authorized location to another. Every instructor teaches from the same governed curriculum, and every student receives access to the same organized training structure.”
J. White, CEOA central component of the course is corrective literacy: the ability to understand what is intended to move, what may be moving instead, how compensations affect execution, and whether movement is becoming more controlled and repeatable. This distinction separates general exercise supervision from structured corrective-exercise administration.
Students are also introduced to the Codex session administration process used to organize observations, preserve session continuity, document corrective responses, and carry forward clear instructions for subsequent appointments. The system is designed so that exercise instruction, documentation, and professional administration remain connected rather than operating as separate activities.
Public demonstration pages are available to show the organization of instructor and student accounts without exposing protected CTPS materials. Course curricula, training manuals, examination references, license documents, and account-specific resources remain restricted to authorized users.
The CTPS Course Instructor framework does not authorize diagnosis or medical treatment. Instructors and graduates remain responsible for operating within applicable state requirements, professional licensing standards, business policies, and the defined scope of the authorized role.
NorthStar developed the framework as part of its broader effort to establish a consistent professional infrastructure for corrective exercise education. The system combines governed instructional content, account-based resource access, standardized terminology, and defined administration procedures under the Autonomy v2 platform.
