FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Irvine, California — June 2, 2026

NorthStar Advanced Exercise Science LLC has announced the introduction of two practitioner pathways within the Autonomy Corrective Therapeutic Progression System: the Personal Corrective Trainer (PCT) and the Patient Corrective Administrator (PCA). The initiative is designed to expand access to Autonomy corrective therapy services by allowing the system to be administered both through independent practitioners and within healthcare practices while maintaining a standardized progression framework, Codex session architecture, and therapeutic administration model.

Autonomy v2 Trainers represent a distinct category of fitness professional trained specifically within the Autonomy v2 system. Rather than relying on improvised programming or generalized workout templates, these trainers operate within a structured exercise science framework built around pathway-based training, session architecture, progression sequencing, and clearly defined programming variables. Their role is to help individuals and participating facilities apply the Autonomy v2 system with greater consistency, clarity, and professional oversight.

Corrective Therapy Beyond Traditional Facility Models

For decades, access to structured corrective therapy has largely depended on an individual's proximity to a healthcare facility offering such services. Insurance limitations, geographic constraints, provider availability, and facility access have often restricted participation. Autonomy was developed to remove many of these barriers by creating a corrective therapy system capable of operating consistently across multiple service environments.

🔹 Access is no longer dependent on a local clinic offering corrective services.

🔹 Access is no longer dependent on insurance participation or reimbursement.

🔹 Access is no longer dependent on the availability of specialized providers within a geographic area.

🔹 Access is centered on the availability of the Autonomy system itself.
One System. Two Professional Pathways.

The introduction of the Personal Corrective Trainer and Patient Corrective Administrator creates two methods of delivering the same Autonomy system.
Personal Corrective Trainer (PCT)The Personal Corrective Trainer operates independently, providing Autonomy corrective therapy services directly to individuals seeking mobility improvement, movement restoration, and corrective exercise solutions.

🔹 Independent practitioner model.

🔹 Direct-to-client corrective therapy services.

🔹 Utilizes the complete Autonomy system.

🔹 Administers standardized Codex sessions.

🔹 Operates outside of traditional healthcare facilities.

Patient Corrective Administrator (PCA)The Patient Corrective Administrator operates within a healthcare practice where the Autonomy system becomes part of a broader patient care environment.

🔹 Practice-based administration model.

🔹 Operates within established healthcare environments.

🔹 Administers the same Autonomy system utilized by Personal Corrective Trainers.

🔹 Functions within a larger patient care structure that may include physicians, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other healthcare services.
Expanding Access to the Autonomy System

Historically, receiving corrective therapy has often depended on access to a local facility. The Personal Corrective Trainer pathway was developed to expand availability by allowing trained Autonomy practitioners to administer the system directly within their communities.

🔹 Individuals without insurance can access the Autonomy system.

🔹 Individuals who have exhausted insurance benefits can continue receiving corrective therapy services.

🔹 Individuals living in areas without specialized corrective therapy facilities gain access to trained Autonomy practitioners.

🔹 Individuals seeking private-pay corrective therapy services have a direct pathway to the Autonomy system.

🔹 Access to corrective therapy becomes based on practitioner availability rather than facility availability.
The System Remains the Same

The Autonomy system does not change when the environment changes.

Whether administered by a Personal Corrective Trainer or a Patient Corrective Administrator, the same corrective therapy framework remains intact.

🔹 The same corrective progression architecture.

🔹 The same Codex sessions.

🔹 The same intelligence framework.

🔹 The same documentation standards.

🔹 The same administration procedures.

🔹 The same therapeutic progression methodology.
Building a New Access Model for Corrective Therapy

Personal training expanded public access to structured fitness services. Autonomy applies a similar concept to corrective therapy by creating a system that can be administered both inside and outside traditional healthcare environments.

The objective is simple: make the Autonomy Corrective Therapeutic Progression System available wherever individuals seek corrective therapy services.

🔹 Healthcare practices can integrate the system through Patient Corrective Administrators.

🔹 Independent practitioners can administer the system through the Personal Corrective Trainer pathway.

🔹 Individuals gain greater access to corrective therapy services regardless of insurance status, facility availability, or geographic location.

🔹 The Autonomy system becomes accessible through a growing network of trained practitioners operating across multiple service environments.
